This bowl is inspired by one of our trips to Rome. We stopped at a cool little lunch stand called Mordi e Vai in the Testaccio section of the city. We had Pollo all Romana street food style and the whole time I was thinking, "This needs to go on our menu when we get back!"
This is what's in the bowl:
-Chicken, peppers and onions slow simmered in tomatoes and garlic
-Orzo Pomodoro
-Mixed green salad with house vinaigrette
*for those living the low carb life, just let us know in the notes and we can leave out the orzo and do double salad.
